Enforce your collective agreement, automatically
Run the full platform anywhere in the world. Leavo checks every shift and timesheet against your collective agreement, starting with Swiss CCT and French CCN presets, with more countries coming and your own custom agreements for any sector.
What is collective-agreement compliance?
Collective-agreement compliance means making sure every schedule and timesheet respects the labour rules that apply to your sector. In Switzerland these are conventions collectives de travail (CCT); in France, conventions collectives nationales (CCN).
These agreements set the limits that matter day to day: maximum weekly and daily working time, the longest a shift can span, and the minimum rest between shifts and across the week, on top of the statutory legal minimums.
Checking all of this by hand, for every employee, against the right sector agreement, is slow and error-prone. Leavo turns the rules into a live check that runs on the plans and hours you already manage, starting with Swiss and French presets and extending to your own agreement for any country.
Why staying compliant is hard
Collective agreements are detailed, sector-specific and unforgiving. Here's where teams slip.
Rules vary by sector
Every sector has its own agreement with different limits. Knowing which rule applies to whom is a job in itself.
Breaches surface too late
By the time a breach shows up, in an audit or a complaint, the shift was worked weeks ago and can't be undone.
Manual checking doesn't scale
Cross-referencing a roster against an agreement by hand works for five people, not fifty.
Legal & financial risk
Exceeding working-time ceilings or rest minimums exposes you to penalties, back-pay and disputes.
No per-day evidence
When something is questioned, you need to show exactly which rule, on which day, for which person.
Statutory minimums forgotten
Where an agreement is silent, the legal minimum still applies, and it's easy to miss.
