How AI credits work
Every plan includes the AI assistant with a monthly usage quota.
Monthly quota per plan
Each plan comes with a monthly AI usage quota that resets automatically. Free gets a starter quota, Professional gets more, and Premium gets the maximum.
Shared across your company
The AI quota is shared across all company members. Everyone on the team can use the assistant within the company's monthly allowance.
Buy extra credit packs
On the Premium plan, the company owner can purchase additional credit packs that go into a shared pool. These are available for all team members when the monthly quota runs out.
Credits never expire
Purchased credit packs never expire. They stay in your company pool until used, even across billing cycles.
Pricing FAQ
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens when I exceed my AI quota?
The AI assistant will be paused until the next billing cycle when the quota resets. On Premium, you can purchase additional credit packs to continue using it immediately.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All plans are pay-as-you-go. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Yearly plans are billed annually but can still be canceled.
How does billing work when I add new members?
When you add a new team member, your subscription quantity is updated automatically. You're only charged for the prorated remainder of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe. We also offer bank transfer (invoice-based) for Professional and Premium plans.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never store your card details on our servers.
Can I get an invoice for bank transfer?
Yes. Contact us to set up bank transfer billing. You'll receive a monthly invoice with payment instructions.
